We started a new decade last week, but some “old” traditions remain – Our 4th Annual Pasta Bowl competition will kick off this month and will conclude Friday, February 21, 2020. Schools and organizations wishing to participate should collectboxes of dry(not fresh) pasta(whole wheat preferred) for the families and individuals who participate in our Pantry Program.
Last year, we were able to collect over 3,000 pounds of pasta for food-insecure families. Let’s get our “game faces on” and try to exceed this amount for our 2020 Pasta Bowl!
Participating school “scores” will be tracked on NYCP social media platforms @NYCommonPantry where a winner will be announced on February 28,2020.
