Our sponsoring organizations provide significant commitments of volunteers, funds, food and other donations, and further infuse our work with profound meaning and reward. A number of these churches and synagogues also helped to found the Pantry in 1980. We consider these organizations to be caring members of the extended New York Common Pantry family, and consider ourselves very fortunate to have their dedication and involvement.
