Help 365 – Case Management Services

Help 365The NYCP Social Services Department helps our guests achieve stability and access to public benefits 365 days a year.  Help 365 offices in both locations are the point of entry for all new and existing ChoicePantry members.  All first-time registrants will receive emergency bags of food, appropriate for their family size, at the first visit.

Help 365 provides benefit screenings to assist with: Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) and Medicaid applications

  • Social Security Supplemental Income
  • Accessing other appropriate resources to prevent families from being evicted from their homes and by making employment referrals
  • Referrals for language classes, education/vocational training services, financial counseling, legal services and tax preparation
  • Supporting unhoused individuals
